The Brief

The founders of Local Loans came to us looking to build an app that would help lenders do their job more efficiently. We took their initial idea and showed them that their product had the potential to disrupt an entire industry. From conceptualization, wireframing, designing, prototyping, project managing, developing, and running their beta program. We have been there every step of the way to create an enterprise level mobile SAAS product from the ground up.



To fine tune their ideas we implemented user testing from the early stages of product development. We interviewed their target users, videotaped use case sessions, created surveys, and analyzed their pain points to yield valuable insights that we could then turn into new features or UX improvements. We managed the product development roadmap and helped steer product decisions towards user centric design while working closely with the founders.


Based on a deeper understanding of the mortgage industry and insights gathered through testing we were able to retool the information architecture and feature set to create an mvp that would excite their target market. We oversaw product development from start to finish managing the development team and aiding in Q&A testing to ensure the product was delivered bug free.

In addition to the mobile app we built out a full suite of marketing collateral including business cards, investor pitch deck presentations, and a marketing website. We also helped cultivate a marketing strategy based around key traction verticals specific to Local Loans and devised a program for initial user acquisition once the product was ready to launch.
